Payment is made securely through Stripe to confirm your appointment. Please read the payment, refund and cancellation information below before continuing.

Before you pay

Please confirm your appointment with Rachael before making payment.

This payment page is for clients who have already made an enquiry or confirmed an appointment time with Rachael Marie’s Counselling. Payment secures your appointment and helps ensure the time is reserved specifically for you.

Session fee

The standard fee is $50 for a 60-minute phone or video counselling session.

Payment timing

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation notice

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Refunds

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation policy: If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the consultation fee may be retained. If something unexpected happens, please contact Rachael as soon as possible.

The exact payment methods shown can depend on your device, browser, location, currency and which payment options are enabled in Stripe.

Credit & debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other eligible cards supported by Stripe.

Apple Pay May appear on supported Apple devices and browsers when available.

Google Pay May appear on supported devices and browsers when available.

Link by Stripe Stripe’s saved checkout option for faster payment where available.

Afterpay / Clearpay May be available for eligible Australian customers if enabled in Stripe.

Rachael will confirm your appointment details if they have not already been confirmed.
Please make sure your contact details are correct when booking or paying.
For phone or video sessions, choose a quiet and private space where you feel comfortable talking.
If you need to reschedule, please contact Rachael as early as possible.
